I feel like I'm back at the marriott. I hate this job that much.
I just spent 10 minutes spelling my name to some moron who couldn't understand a word I was saying. THen I got put on hold while they got someone else to speak to me- THEN it turned out that I was talking to the wrong company- they have the same name but offer a completly different service.

one more hour... then I get to go to another job...maybe.
