Stop the presses!

I would like my mother to know that I not only bought, but prepared AND consumed...

Summer Squash!

It wasn't that bad to be honest- I sauteed it in some olive oil with some mushrooms and onions, and it turned out very nice.

Tonight I make...Salmon!
(I'm not sure what I'm putting on it but it will be tasty none the less.)

Put it on some foil skin down, then put it on an outside grill. When it turns pink around the edges put garlic butter on it and litely salt it. Wait till they are pink in the center, serv right away.

You'll be a vegetable virtuoso in no time! I like a little Parmesean cheese on my summer squash. BTW did Jason eat it?

yep- and he enjoyed it. I belive him because it finished all of his serving but left the rice next to it

I have to say that Terra is an excellant cook. I have never once been dissapointed in anything she has fixed for us...Except Guava Paste
