I"m feeling a bit low today. I try and maintain a fairly upbeat percpective on my daily life but it's hard to do that while not being the perverbial Otrich in the sand. (which is a myth- they don't really stick their heads in the sand to hide.)

It's pretty easy to live day to day- my life is comfortable, structured...I get up in the mornings and go to work, come home and piddle around until I'm tired and go to bed. One of the things that might be contributing to my moppiness is the fact that it's been freezing (seriously, my water has been freezing in the bottle WHILE I run) and I haven't been excersizing like I need to.
