I am currently on the phone with the AT&T warrently people (hoop#1) talking to them about my lack of service.

They are tryign to convince me that the area that I lived in "Hell on Earth" is listed as "good" to "best" coverage.

I told her that made me very sad because it wasn't true because if that is what the company can offer me as "Good" or "Best" it's not cutting it.

I also told her that my brother who lives in Beruit Lebanon gets better service.
She asked me where I was having trouble...

um...Everywhere?

Then the kicker question...

"what is your zip code?"

THe one that's on the billing? or the one that am at?

"The one you spend the most time at."

ummmmm....

"ok, the one on your account."

"OK".

The final decesion is that they are sending me a replacement phone.

Glad to hear of the new phone. I suspect it probably is the handset and not the network. I mean, how could AT&T keep any customers if their service was as bad as you get....

truly, but I'll go through the system and end up with them realising that it's their stupid hardware.

My money is still on the make/model of phone itself.

Are they sending you the same phone?

Does this mean you don't get any service in Knoxsville either? Are you even IN Knoxville yet or are you still in Boone?
