So for the past year or so I have been trying to re-doe my website with out sucess. THe problem is the fact that according to 1 and 1.com I don't have authority to the account- which means I can't transfer the domain name to my new website.
Simon and Shelley originally set up the account as a favor and all was well.
now I'm trying to take that off their hands and this stupid hosting site will NOT do it. Simon has called in twice now and made the nessessary changes but they don't seem to ever hit the "Save" key, so when I call they won't talk to me.
Instead of hitting my head against this particular wall in my life again and again, I have decided to just change my business name.
The things is I have no idea what to change it too.
Any ideas?
