I'm training for the SLC marathon by following this training program, which has been a positive experience. I'm interested to see how I do in the marathon since I'm actually training for this one. I didn't really prepare for the Myrtle Beach marathon but I was pretty happy with how I did in it.

Meaning I finished it and could walk at the end :)

I have started to cross train by doing the P90X work out DVDs and it's been a positive experience.

I remember the one race I beat Dad in and how I felt afterwards, which was really good and the only difference I did was adding weight and resistance training.
I only added it so I would climb better but it certainly improved my running as well.

I can't wait to see how you do. Does your gps upload maps? MAs is feature-rich but hardly knows what to do with itself in Beirut.

Nah, mine is the first version and only does the basics. It will measure how far I run, the time it takes me to run, and the pace. but I can't upload anything from it.
